What about international orders?
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship Internet orders overseas or beyond the 50 US states. Island Company is, however, constantly creating new relationships with stores across the globe, so if your local store doesn't yet carry Island Company, suggest that they do, or even email us your local stores name and contact info and we'll send them information to carry us. We are constantly looking for great new stores to carry our line.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping charges can vary depending on where you live and how fast you want your order to arrive. Our SHIPPING PAGE has a full description of all the options.

What is your return policy?
We will exchange or refund your purchase if we receive it returned to us within 15 days of the delivery date. We cannot refund shipping charges and there is a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price if you are returning for a refund. We will not charge a restocking fee for size or style exchanges. Any item that is returned damaged, dirty or worn in any manner will not be accepted. All returns should be shipped with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that do not reach us.

Here at Island Company we want to get you involved with the company because our customers are our number one priority. Does Island Company share my personal information?
Absolutely not and we take great care to keep your information private, including your email. Our belief is your personal information should remain just that: personal. We do not share any of it. How do I decide what size I am at Island Company?
We have a bikini SIZING PAGE with answers for your sizing questions. But we know that getting the right fit for swimwear is crucial. Sizes in swimwear have been known to be quite inaccurate to varying body types. We made tremendous effort to design our swimwear to be "accurate" in the sense that a girl wearing a size 6 shouldn't have to buy a large. With Island Company you'd be closer to a small depending on how much coverage you want. So while we know there are serious concerns in this department, look at the SIZING PAGE and if you still have questions, call us at 561-833-8110 and we'll help walk you through your choices. We also strongly advise you go to one of our dealers across the USA and Caribbean to make your purchase if you have one in your area. (Check our STORE LOCATOR page). Our dealers are highly efficient in helping customers make the right swimwear decision in person and we find their advice to customers to be invaluable.

Do I have to pay taxes on my order?
6.5% sales tax will be added if your order is being shipped to any location in our home state of Florida.
