How do I get an item that is sold out?

While some Island Company styles are considered “classic” and will return each season, majority of our pieces are available in limited quantity, so buy quickly! 

If an item is listed as “Backordered”, it is currently sold out but will be restocked shortly.  Any items listed as “Sold Out” are just that, sold out. 

If there is a sold out item you are interested in, feel free to contact customer service at customer(at)islandcompany.com or 561.833.8110 to see if they may be able to locate your desired item in one of our retail locations.

How do I decide what size I am at Island Company?

On each product page, a sizing chart is located at the right hand side of the product description. We know that getting the right fit for swimwear and clothing online is crucial, and we make tremendous efforts to design our line to be accurate.

What kind of credit cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  Additionally, international credit cards and Paypal may be used for international orders.

What are the shipping costs?

Island Company charges flat rate domestic shipping, with rates that vary depending on the speed of the shipment.  For exact shipping rates, please visit our shipping page. Island Company is also proud to offer international shipping through a trusted third-party company, Interpay.

Do I have to pay taxes on my order?

All orders with a shipping address in Florida will be charged 6% sales tax plus any applicable county taxes.  All international orders will have the option to prepay duties and taxes at checkout.  Those international customers that opt not to pay duties & taxes at checkout may incur these charges at time of delivery.

Does Island Company ever do sales?

Island Company rarely has sales, but we do run occasional promotions.  The best way to hear about these promotions is by joining our mailing list, or friending us on facebook.

How can I start carrying Island Company in my store?
