All International orders are final sale and non refundable. We encourage you to contact our Product Specialists at customer(at)islandcompany.com to find just the right size and style for you!

domestic return policy

All returns purchased from the online store must be delivered to Island Company within 15 days from the date you initially receive the order. All merchandise must be in perfect, unused condition with hangtags and hygienic protectors intact to be eligible for exchange or refund. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on refunds over $500. Products received in used or damaged condition will be sent back at your expense.
