Online Return Policy (Domestic)
All returns purchased from the online store MUST be delivered to Island Company within 30 days from the date you initially receive the order.
All merchandise must be in perfect, unused condition with hangtags and hygienic protectors intact to be eligible for exchange or refund; shoes must be returned without any scuff marks and with the original shoebox in pristine condition. Please be mindful of potential stains from makeup or deodorant when trying on tops and dresses. Products received in used, laundered, or damaged condition will be sent back at your expense. Island Company store locations are able to process even exchanges for the same or similar items from your online order with proof of purchase.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged on refunds over $750; the restocking fee only applies to refunds over $750 and is not applicable to exchanges. Items for return can be sent back to Island Company using any preferred ship method, as long as they get to us! Exchanges are returned to you with complimentary ground shipping.
Returns and exchanges are typically processed within one week of being received at our warehouse; please allow for additional processing time during peak seasons and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been processed.
Island Company store locations cannot process refunds for orders placed online. Jewelry cannot be returned in store.
Holiday Note: Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th will be eligible for exchange until January 31st. This does not apply to refunds. All other return policies apply.
All International orders are final sale and non-refundable. We encourage you to contact our Concierge at email@example.com to find just the right size and style for you!

We suggest you track and insure your shipment, as Island Company is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Island Company Retail Location Exchange Policy
Island Company retail locations have a 30-day nonrefundable return policy for in store purchases. Returns may be made within 30 days of original purchase for exchange or store credit only. All jewelry sales are final. Returns must be made through an Island Company retail location and cannot be processed through our online store. Store credit will be given on an Island Company Gift Card and can only be redeemed at Island Company retail locations. All merchandise must be in perfect, unused condition with hangtags and hygienic protectors intact to be eligible for store return. For questions or concerns regarding your return, please contact the location of original purchase.
Holiday Note: Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th will be eligible for extended exchange or store credit until January 31st. All other return policies apply.
Returns purchased at non-island company locations
Items purchased at resorts or other locations that carry Island Company are not eligible for return or exchange through Island Company. Please contact the resort or location where the items were purchased in order to obtain information on their return and exchange policies.
